Very small fit

I have given 3 stars as the housecoat itself is very pretty and good quality material, however the sizing is way off and in my opinion not designed for a plus sized figure. I ordered a larger size as I like a loose fit, but I was shocked to find that a housecoat labelled on the website as fitting a size 24 would not even zip up and the arms were very tight. As there's no larger size to exchange, I reluctantly have had to return for a refund.
