Was delighted to source this for my mother. She prefers ribbon straps and the shop in town that I used to get them from has closed. Excellent service from this company, can't thank them enough.
The five stars are for your excellent and speedy service. Unfortunately I have returned the vests because they are too small, ie too tight under the arms although the quality is very good. I have not requested replacements in case the next size would be too big.

I did not make the best choice and am about to return the vest I have not yet opened for an exchange to one I have had before. This is no reflection on the vest or your service, just my bad choice - the perils of choosing on line
